The Nature Consortium is a previously independent organization that is now part of the Delridge Neighborhoods Development Association (DNDA) focused on nature-based cultural programming, urban forest and wetlands restoration and volunteer opportunities.
As a part of a larger project with DNDA to prepare for and facilitate the merger, Fife Consulting performed a general assessment on capacity and strategy, including a final report, presentation and facilitation of staff and board discussions.
