Delridge Neighborhoods Development Association

natureconsortiumIn early 2015, The Nature Consortium and Delridge Neighborhood Development Association (DNDA) began to explore a now completed merger of their two organizations.  As the parent organization for a number of low-income housing developments and the Youngstown Cultural Arts Center, where The Nature Consortium is housed, DNDA was a good candidate for merging.  However, both organizations have been in long periods of transition and evolution, calling for a strong consideration of all of the various strategic, tactical and administrative elements under consideration for a successful merger.  Fife Consulting performed a general assessment on capacity and strategy for both organizations, including a final report, presentation and facilitation of both staff and board discussions.
