The long-time family owners of the NW corner of 12th and Jackson in the Little Saigon neighborhood of Seattle are planning to redevelop the property. The first phase is for the West end of the property and will involve two towers and a plaza in between. The project includes a new storefront for the Viet-Wah grocery, a day-care center, a hotel and a community-based theater and cultural programming organization.
Fife Consulting has been brought in to help with the planning and development of the theatre and cultural programming organization. We are helping to assemble an advisory board, conduct community engagement and articulate a long-term programming and business plan.
