Icicle Arts is an arts service organization and gallery located in beautiful Leavenworth, Washington. They are working toward a future where the arts can thrive and prosper locally. Where arts can positively impact our local economy, where joint partnerships and programs can maximize the resources available to North Central Washington artists and arts organizations.

During his time at Shunpike, principal Andy Fife provided facilitation for an all-day strategic retreat for the board of directors.

The Grand Cinema is a non-profit art-house theater in Tacoma, WA supported by its loyal patrons, volunteers, and members. Its mission is to enhance the cultural vitality of the community through the art of film.

Gallery 110 is a small collective gallery in Seattle’s Tashiro-Kaplan Building.  Their mission is to provide dynamic opportunities to established and emerging professional artists in an environment that encourages creative expression, experimentation and collaboration.  As a nonprofit organization, the gallery fosters artistic and professional connections between its associated artists and the arts community at large through creative dialogue, the presentation of challenging and enriching curated exhibitions, public opportunities and collaborative projects.

During his time at Shunpike, Fife Consulting’s principal Andy Fife helped the gallery to set strategic directions in a series of coaching and board facilitations.

Freehold Theatre Lab Studio is a center for the practice of theatre in Seattle, WA. Their Theatre Lab provides a forum for experimentation by professionals, the development of new performance material, and the rediscovery of classics. Their Studio offers a safe place where anyone and everyone can take risks. From introductory sessions for the curious to master classes for practicing artists, the Studio offers disciplines and styles to help students develop a comprehensive understanding of theatre craft and acting.

Freehold engaged Andy Fife during his time at Shunpike to help establish and advance their financial systems through regular financial review and facilitation of the finance committee of their board of directors.

Eastside Arts Coalition (EAC) represents over 65 organizations and individuals who create, present and support arts and heritage in East King County.

Previous to Fife Consulting, during his time at Shunpike, principal Andy Fife provided consultation and facilitation for the board’s strategic conversations.

DASH Center for the Arts is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing quality arts education in Tacoma; creating youth programs that directly counteract youth violence; and providing opportunities for communities of color to showcase their creative work. The DASH Center for the Arts is a home for people, primarily youth, to develop natural talent, confidence, and self-esteem, as well as acquire the skills necessary for a career in the arts.

During his time at Shunpike, previous to Fife Consulting, principal Andy Fife provided leadership coaching and facilitation for both board and staff planning retreats.

The arts are essential to Tacoma – elivening its downtown core, contributing to the livability of its neighborhoods, and enhancing the quality of life of its residents and visitors.

The Tacoma Arts Commission and its staff play a vital role in supporting Tacoma’s arts and cultural programs. They encourage the development of the local arts community through the administration of arts and cultural funding programs, managing the City’s public art collection, and producing a variety of public programs that enhance and contribute to Tacoma’s local economy.

During his time at Shunpike, principal Andy Fife helped to create a lead several program initiatives with the City of Tacoma, including Arts Leadership Lab – Tacoma (emerging leader convening), Spaceworks (vacant retail activation), and the Tacoma Arts Cohort (technical assistance series for emerging arts groups).
