Big Medium is a Texas nonprofit visual arts organization responsible for the Texas Biennial and East and West Austin Studio Tours. The organization was started by three artists in 2003 and has enjoyed rapid growth in participation, attention and size in the last decade.
Reflecting on this growth, there is an opportunity to institute a sustainable business model and foundation for the future, and Fife Consulting will coordinate the beginning of this planning process.
