FIFEBig Medium is a Texas nonprofit visual arts organization responsible for the Texas Biennial and East and West Austin Studio Tours. The organization was started by three artists in 2003 and has enjoyed rapid growth in participation, attention and size in the last decade.
Reflecting on this growth, there is an opportunity to institute a sustainable business model and foundation for the future, and Fife Consulting will coordinate the beginning of this planning process.
Blue Earth Alliance is a Washington State based organization committed to serving and supporting documentary photographers around the world by offering financial support to projects by independent photographers which further the mission of positive social and environmental change.
We will work with their Board of Directors to guide the organization through a strategic planning process and long-term visioning.
Capitol Hill has long been known as one of the more vibrant and active neighborhoods for arts and culture, not just in Seattle but anywhere. As the neighborhood changes, there is a desire to keep its cultural assets strong, and to coordinate cultural planning, infrastructure, resource and programming development.
Fife consulting will work with the Capitol Hill Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with Capitol Hill Housing, to lead a neighborhood cultural planning process.
